Q: How do I buy a drum with a US Postal Money Order?
A: This is HOW THIS WORKS:
We accept US Postal Money Orders because they are a cheap easy way to send us good funds that can’t be fraudulent so we can ship your items upon receipt of these funds. You can get these at easy locations like Safeway food stores, UPS Shipping stores and other shipping places besides just your local Post Office. We have had many satisfied customers that have used this service because they don’t have a PayPal account. We always ship with a tracking number on these orders. WHAT TO DO: Add up your items (California residents add 7.5% or higher depending on zip code) and all shipping charges for a total. Send your US Postal Money Order to DrumsOnLine.Org/Best Drums on the Web, 21 Palm Beach Way, Antioch, CA 94509. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your funds, and because US Postal Money Orders are secure we ship you package right away. When you send the money order PLEASE INCLUDE: A. your shipping address and B. which items you want C. tax (CA residents) D. shipping and any other details and E. your phone number in case there is any problem. You will receive a tracking number by phone in that case. Yes, more complicated but worth it.

Q: Do I have to set up an account at DrumsOnLine.org to make an order?

A: Yes. We need some basic information about you including your name, address email address.

Q: How do you ship? Which carrier do you use?
A: We ship via US Postal Service generally for 95% of the items. They provide a low cost, very reliable service. We ship Parcel Post generally and on small items Priority Mail. Large drums that go over the 108″ rule get shipped via FedEx Ground.

Q: When can I expect to get a tracking after the confirmation of my order on your website?
A: You get an email confirmation right away and a followup email within 2-3 hours when your item will be shipping. On the day it ships you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipped items over $50. If your order is under $50 you still receive an email confirmation that it shipped.

Q: Can you sell to my school? Drop ship to my school?
A; Yes. We have sold to Universities, High Schools and Samba Schools.

Q: Do I have to pay tax if I live in Colorado?
A: No tax for residents outside California but CA residents pay 7.5% or higher (depending on shipping zip code)

Q: Does my package come with a tracking number?
A: Yes. As long as the value is at $50 or over.

Q: Can I get a discount if I get a bunch of items?
A: Yes. Send your list via email to info@drumsonline.org for a quote.

Q: Can I return my drum if I don’t want it or like it?
A: Yes. You have 30 days to return the drum undamaged and not played. Any damage claims must have photo proof. You will receive your funds promptly as soon as the item(s) are returned.

Q: Are your used drum returnable?
A: No. Used drums bought on our site, although guaranteed to be in great shape, have been “played” and not returnable.

Q: Do you take credit cards over the phone?
A: No. No credit card numbers over the phone. We accept credit cards through PayPal which processes your credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at their site when you go through our shopping cart. So yes, you can pay on our secure site otherwise.

Q: What about a personal check? Do you accept those?
A: No personal checks. They take too long to clear from out of state and it’s not as effective as a US Postal Money Order which we do accept. See above.

Q: Can we pool our money and ship to different locations?
A: Yes. Some samba groups can do this if it makes sense and people live in different locations.

Q: My drum is broken. Do you have spare parts? drum heads?
A: It depends on which part. Send an email to info@drumsonline.org with a picture or description of the part.

Q: I’m new to drumming. Can you recommend a drum for me?
A: Yes. We offer simple advise for drummers. It’s usually a personal decision and whatever drum draws your attention may be the one for you. There is an amount of personal discovery that takes place so maybe a visit to a local music store that has hand drums and other percussion is a great first move.

DrumsOnLine.Org has an SSL certificate at checkout so your automatic payment processed is secure. We accept payment from the major credit card companies including PayPal and you don't have to sign up at Paypal to make a transaction. You don't even need to set up an account on this site either. Low Cost Shipping

We don't charge any handling fee and our shipping rates are low or free in some cases. We ship US Postal Service for most of our packages. We ship Priority or Standard or Parcel Post depending on the size of the package. Large drums over the 108" rule usually ship via FedEx Ground. Orders over $50 get a tracking number.

Order with a US Postal Money Order

We offer a way for you to pay for your order by sending a US Postal Money order. You can make the order at our site and press the Send Money Order and your order will be held until you send us our payment. This is just another way to make it easier for some of you.
